eCommerce Specialist

Nordic Moneta Oy is looking for a skilled eCommerce Specialist to help optimize our Nordic website experience and drive strong commercial performance.


If you’re passionate about CRO, analytics, web optimization, and creating seamless customer journeys, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence eCommerce performance across multiple Nordic markets.


ABOUT THE ROLE


As our eCommerce Specialist, you will support the optimization and continuous development of our Nordic eCommerce platform (Joomla) to ensure a high-performing, conversion-focused customer experience. You will collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, development, and creative teams to ensure our website supports both brand and commercial goals across the Nordic markets. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager Nordics, based in Norway, and supports eCommerce performance across the Nordic entities of Samlerhuset Group.


The position is based in Helsinki and follows a hybrid model, with regular on-site collaboration at our Pitäjänmäki office several days per week.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Lead CRO Initiatives


  • Support a data-driven CRO strategy to increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value
  • Use analytics, A/B testing, and behavioral insights to identify friction points
  • Drive continuous improvement across the full customer journey


Joomla Platform Ownership


  • Support the development and optimization of the Joomla website in all Nordic markets
  • Collaborate with developers to implement new features and ensure high performance, security, and usability
  • Work with Joomla extensions and integrations to enhance functionality


Technical & Analytical Excellence


  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and other analytics platforms to monitor performance and user behavior
  • Present insights through clear dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations


Personalization & Automation


  • Work with CRM and marketing teams to develop personalized customer experiences
  • Support marketing automation and content alignment across lifecycle stages


Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align site content with campaign goals
  • Act as a link between business stakeholders and the web development team


SEO & Performance Optimization


  • Ensure technical SEO best practices are followed
  • Support mobile-first optimization and improvements in organic visibility


Innovation & Best Practices


  • Stay informed about CRO, eCommerce, and Joomla trends
  • Suggest improvements, tools, and methodologies


KPI Monitoring & Optimization


  • Monitoring key metrics such as traffic, conversions, bounce rates, AOV, and revenue on websites and making sure we optimize and improve results
  • Contribute to regular performance reporting with clear, actionable insights


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within eCommerce, CRO, digital analytics, or other performance-driven digital roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, eCommerce, business, technology, analytics, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Finnish preferred) required
  • Experience with Joomla or other CMS platforms and solid technical understanding
  • Strong understanding of UX, customer journeys, and data-driven optimization
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA, GTM) and A/B testing platforms
